Little Rock, AR: The roster of NCAA Division II universities represented by local sports marketing firm SportStar Management continues to grow in 2007. The firm announced today that it has reached a long term agreement to represent Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia, Arkansas. SAU is a member of the Gulf South Conference in NCAA Division II athletics for which SportStar Management also serves as a marketing partner. SportStar Management specializes in sales sponsorship development and multi media advertising through local radio, television, signage, internet, print, game promotions, event marketing and more. Southern Arkansas University becomes the fourth institution in Arkansas along with Henderson State University, Ouachita Baptist University and Arkansas Baptist College to develop a long term partnership with SportStar.

Vice President and Director of Sales, Vance Strange said today, "All of us at SportStar Management are excited about the partnership opportunity with Southern Arkansas University. The announcement comes just days after the completion of the first full season of the GSC Game Plan radio show on 103.7 The Buzz. The GSC Game Plan is a one hour live weekly radio show devoted exclusively to the highlights of the Gulf South Conference football and basketball seasons. The next GSC scheduled athletic event is the Men's and Women's Golf Championships to be held at the Hot Springs Country Club April 21st through the 24th.
