Little Rock, AR: After a three year absence, Ouachita
Baptist University and Henderson State University in partnership with
SportStar Management are excited to rekindle the fifth oldest rivalry in
college football on November 4th at Carpetner-Haygood Stadium in
Arkadelphia in the “2006 Coleman Dairy Battle of the Ravine.”

This will be the 80th meeting between the two universities which began in
1895. The series stands at 37-36-6 with the one game lead going to OBU.
The ESPN Game Day crew has contacted both universities Sports
Information Directors and is working on a feature story about the rivalry.

This will be a great event not only for the Universities and the City of
Arkadelphia but for students, faculty, alumni and football fans in the State.
Coleman Dairy which also has a long rich tradition in Arkansas is excited
